Mountain Kids Pediatrics, founded by Dr. Charlie Hastings and his wife Shae, is a pediatric practice in Missoula, MT, rooted in relationship-based care. Their approach blends medical expertise with emotional and social support, creating an environment where children can grow, thrive, and take on “life’s mountains.”

They came to me needing a website that truly reflected their in-office experience (friendly, fun, and super easy to navigate for busy parents). With many patients accessing resources and booking appointments from their phones, a seamless mobile experience was essential. The goal was to create something that felt fun and approachable for children, while still maintaining professionalism and trust with parents.

Using their existing logo as a foundation, I expanded their color palette and visual direction to bring more depth and personality to the brand. From there, I designed a fully custom multi-page website on Showit, focused on clear navigation, mobile optimization, and thoughtful user experience. Each page was intentionally designed to mirror their in-office experience — including custom “hero wallpaper” inspired by their themed exam rooms.

The final result is a vibrant, engaging website that feels like a true extension of their practice. It positions Mountain Kids Pediatrics as both expert and approachable, while making it easy for parents to explore resources, understand services, and book with confidence.
